PRESERVING PATRIOTISM AND THE MEMORY OF OUR NATIONS VETERANS

On an annual basis, the Elk River-Rogers VFW Post and Auxiliary will donate American Flags to local schools, churches, businesses and individuals.
We conduct numerous Patriotic Programs in the local schools…  Such as Patriotic Art, Voice of Democracy and Patriot's Pen.  On Memorial Day and Veterans Day, we visit with students and teachers to educate them on the sacrifices Our Nations Veterans have made for the Freedoms of this Great Nation.
On a monthly basis, members of Elk River-Rogers VFW visit with Veterans at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center, Minneapolis VA Medical Center, the Minneapolis Veterans Home and local Nursing Homes.  In addition to this, we donate to many Veteran related programs on the State and National levels.
