We'll Do Anything for Our Veterans and Community!

Elk River-Rogers VFW has been recognized for over fifteen years as one of the Most Outstanding Community Service VFW Posts in the State of Minnesota.  We have been honored on five (5) occasions as a National VFW Outstanding Community Service Post.  The Post has also had 22 consecutive All-State Post Commanders and 2 All-American Post Commanders.

In 1988, VFW Post 5518 started a very ambitious Community Project…  The development of a 20 acre Youth Sports Complex and Community Center.  At the present time, the Veterans Memorial Sports Complex is the Home of the Three Rivers Soccer Association and over 1,200 Youth Soccer Players.  The Complex and Community Center are gradually becoming a focus of local community gatherings and events.
